Vigilante Drive is an automobile institution for North Minneapolis. The project aims to provide car repair, customization, and rental service to low-income residents suffering from approximately 1,500 automobile theft a year. The institution will host automobile education related to repair, manufacture, customization, and management to rehabilitate petty car thefts. By collaborating with local businesses from North Minneapolis Arts District, such as junkyards, custom parts, chrome plate workshops, tattoo shops, and art galleries, the project will stimulate a fresh auto culture in North Minneapolis.
